I received this update from Andy Farrell at Bridgid's Fairmount in Philadelphia, PA:

"If you haven't been by in a while, you've missed out on the new carpets and fresh coat of paint on the first floor.  Its been three weeks, but we're still excited about it (its the little things).  New bar stools, AC and possibly a new TV will be here before the Fall!!!
 
"Over the past weeks we've had a couple promotions -  the Weyerbacher Zotten Belgian Pale Ale tasting, One with Duvel Green/ Ommegang and last Thursday with Duck Rabbit Brewery from NC.  They make great beers, and are new to the market....we'll have them in the rotation from now on, with Milk Stout and Brown Ale leading the charge. 
 
"We're going to putting together a beer dinner for late summer with Twin Lakes Brewing for DE.  Small brewery about 10 minutes over the border that make some really clean and great beers. Details to come.  
 
"Also, possibly a New Holland Beer tasting for late July.

 Bridgid's New Tap Markers"We've swapped out all out tap markers for uniform brand new tapboards (each have a chalkboard right now the tap marker).  I've attached a picture. 
A new chalkboard is in the works for the bar which will included more info about the beers that are on draft- hopefully finished this week.
 
"We're going to be hosting an event to raise money for Haitian Relief with some outreach workers on July 7th, Wednesday. 
 
"If you're heading down to the July 4th Welcome America party, stop up on 24th st, we'll be grilling out side...braised pork sandwiches, hanger steak sandwiches, Italian sausage and peppers, burgers and such....and we'll have some great local beer specials.

Yards Philly Pale Ale, Dogfish Head Festina Peche, Duck Rabbit Milk Stout, Ithaca Brewing Flower Power Double IPA, 21st Ammendment Hell or High Watermelon Wheat (very interesting), Duck Rabbit Brown Ale, Duck Rabbit Amber, Ommegang Chocolate Indulgence, Duvel Green, Abbey Val Dieu Tripel.
 
"Coming soon to the list- Sprecher Black Bavarian, Six Points Black Wheat, Peak Organic Espresso, Eel River Porter and Californa Blond, Roy Pitz Watermelon Lager, Sierra Nevada Brown Ale, Harpoon Big Bohemian Pilsner, Southampton Tripel, Dogfish Head Shelter Pale Ale, Yards Saison, New Holland Dragon's Milk.
 
"And a couple were reserving for a special date- Obama's Birthday Aug 3rd we'll tap an Obamagang Innaugration Ale from Ommegang (this way be one of the last one left), a Founders Backwoods Bastard (Bourbon Barrel Aged), A Mad Elf  from Troegs that has 9 months to age, and a bunch of great christmas beers that are gonna be tapped for Christmas in July event (get you ugly sweaters ready)
