Homebrewing is fun. And at its core, it's about experimentation.

Something we learned early on is that, while brewing is fun, it is also hard work. And it was going to take a lot more hard work to progress our recipes where we wanted them to be.

Now for the fun part. You know you're starting a brewery, but you need to call it something. You need a logo. You need names for your beers.

Starting a brewery is hard work, especially when you have no idea what you're doing. One of things we did at the very beginning was come up with a high-level timeline to propel us to launch.
