Sometimes you just want to kick back and relax with a beer. Okay, you’re right. For me that’s all the time.

Eagle Creek Brewing Company’s melodically named Spot Tail Blonde Ale is a perfect beer for the hottest time of the year.

A quenching, light-bodied easy drinker, I even detected a slight funky note as I quaffed it quickly.

So with summertime fully upon us – and with it, vacations galore – set aside the planning and itineraries; take some time to savor the moment… and the beer.
