Long Island Beer and Malt Enthusiasts "Chopped" Homebrew Competition
Long Island Beer and Malt Enthusiasts will be holding its inter-member club competition. 10 teams compete against each other using only a "mystery basket" with a base beer style and two random ingredients. The winning beer (determined by attendees) will be brewed at Great South Bay Brewery in Bayshore, Long Island.
