I'd love to see one on homebrewing. I recieved a "Mr. Beer" kit a long time ago and it made horrific beer...since then I've seen a couple shows on folks who purcahsed nice home brewing equipment and can turn out some great stuff.I believe I also saw an Alton Brown special on it where he went to a home-brew supply store just outside of Atlanta.  I would love to see a step by step of options, what to get, where to get them, what the differences are, suggested recipes, cellaring time, etc.
