Deschutes Brewery is one of the best; a great brewery with amazing beers in many styles. I lived there and have visited there home brewery along the Deschutes River in Bend, OR. That's where it's really at.The Obsidian Stout is one of my favorites but for a lighter brew go with their Mirror Pond Pale Ale... GLH
