With a storied 137-year history, the Awards have maintained unwavering integrity, professionalism, and judging standards. The International Brewing Awards include nine beer categories with 36 classes, covering Cask, Keg, Smallpack Beer, and innovative styles like Sour Beer, Special Hop, and Wheat. The International Cider Awards consist of three cider categories with 15 classes, encompassing Classic, Flavoured, and Innovative Cider, as well as variations like Rosé, Ice, and Botanical Cider.

Supported by over 30 global companies, including headline sponsors BarthHaas and Krones UK, the 2024 International Brewing & Cider Awards stand as a not-for-profit event crafted "by industry for industry." Many companies worldwide are eager to align their brands with these esteemed Awards.

In a groundbreaking move, the Awards will be hosted at Depot Mayfield in Manchester, UK, accompanied by a public festival – The International Brewing & Cider Festival. This unique opportunity allows entrants to showcase their products at the Festival, elevating their brand's profile before an audience of industry professionals, beer, and cider enthusiasts.
