Reformation Sets Date For First Annual Cadence Fair, October 7

Reformation Brewery will partner with BBQ & Brews to present the first annual Cadence Fair, an all-day affair taking place on Oct. 7. For all the details, see below:


Woodstock, Ga. (Thursday, September 14) – You’re invited to Cadence Fair, presented by BBQ & Brews in partnership with Reformation Brewery, on Saturday, October 7, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Featuring a variety of live music, local artists and vendors, world-class barbecue competition and Reformation Brewery’s delicious lineup of beers, Cadence Fair will be a fun-filled fall event you won’t want to miss. The occasion will celebrate all of the things that Woodstock community members love about their city.

“Cadence Fair is an extension of the rhythms of our city -- the good gifts of great music, delicious BBQ, and locally made beer,” saidSpencer Nix, CEO and co-founder of Reformation Brewery. “Our hometown is a vibrant, collaborative place that loves to celebrate moments together, and we’re proud to partner in this celebration alongside Downtown Woodstock.”

During Cadence Fair, Reformation will debut its new limited-edition release, 500. This new beer, named in honor of the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation, is a Belgian Quadrupel Ale with a warm caramel finish. The limited-edition beer will be available as a Quad on draft in select locations as well as a Barrel-Aged Quad in Reformation’s Keeping Room located in Woodstock.

“Our city really is an unexpected gem,” said Brian Stockton, director of economic development for Woodstock. “We’re looking forward to showcasing downtown and introducing Woodstock to those who are still discovering all we have to offer.”

Cadence Fair is currently seeking barbecue competitors, local vendors and sponsors to join the celebration. Businesses that are interested in sponsorship, vendor or barbecue competition opportunities for this event should visit the website at www.cadencefair.comand fill out an online application form.

Cadence Fair is free and open to the public with exclusive VIP packages available for purchase. VIP packages are $30 per person and include the following:

  • Covered area and private restrooms all day at Elm Street Stage
  • Reserved seating for the evening party inside Northside-Cherokee Amphitheater
  • Catered dinner provided by  Four 41 South BBQ Co.  in Northside-Cherokee Amphitheater
  • Private beer tent featuring two free drink tickets at Northside-Cherokee Amphitheater
  • Private restrooms for the evening at Northside-Cherokee Amphitheater
  • Access to a “party within the party” at the end of the night featuring The Geeks Band
