Inedit Damm was originally created in 2008 in collaboration between Estrella Damm brewery, world-renowned chef Ferran Adrià and award-winning elBulli sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas. This fascinating and complex brew features traces of coriander, licorice and orange peel and has won 4 medals at the World Beer Championships and 2 medals at the European Beer Star Awards. After Founders Brewing Co. and Madrid-based international distributor Mahou San Miguel announced a partnership late last year, Spain has become an incresingly large player in the international craft beer scene.
