Dayfall Belgian White

Dayfall Belgian White

California
United States
Dayfall Belgian White, Stone Brewing
Description

Brewed with Bergamot orange peel and coriander, Stone Dayfall Belgian White is quite possibly the finest beer ever created for drinking in the sunshine. While we may be known historically for our IPAs, our brewers have been brewing incredible Belgian-style beers for years, and they have a few Great American Beer Festival medals to show for them. This beer is brewed to be loved by Stone diehards as well as new fans who may prefer to stay away from double IPAs and imperial stouts.
Integrated aromas of orange, citrus, floral, spice, honey, along with subtle notes of grain/graham cracker. Flavor: Up front citrus including orange, lemon, and lime, with floral and a light herbal component. It's medium-bodied with a smooth, refreshing finish and lingering citrus.

A lingering sulfur aroma greets the drinker initially, but eventually it fades to allow a light grainy maltiness and floral hop aroma to shine through. The flavor follows the aroma with a grainy, bready malt character balanced by a fresh, floral hop flavor. The smooth hop bitterness lingers into... Read More

This beer greets the drinker with a moderate, floral hop aroma with citrus and dank notes slipping in behind.  A light bready maltiness shines through as it warms along with a very light caramel character. The hops turn more citrusy in the flavor, primarily with a lemony note alongside light... The initial sniff grabs the drinker with big tropical fruit hop aroma of pineapple and mango, with a background note of mixed stone fruit.  A light floral alcohol note and light bready maltiness chimes in as it warms to support the complex hop character.  As you enjoy the aroma, you will note...
