Chocolate Chip Cookie Stout

Chocolate Chip Cookie Stout

Chocolate Chip Cookie Stout, Gnarly Barley Brewing
Description

A variant on our classic Russian Imperial Stout - aptly named STOUT for its dense body and immense toasty character full of natural chocolate notes - got the unusual treatment of being condition on entire chocolate chip cookies (from The Cocoa Bean in Hammond, LA) along with an extra dose of cocoa nibs and vanilla. The result, while massive, is an even-keeled stout with bakery notes of caramelized sugar, crusty bread, and rich dark chocolate.

Beverage Profile
ABV:
9.4%
Malts:
Maris Otter, Caraaroma, Carabohemian, Carafa III
Hops:
Cascade
