Ray: Head Brewer T.L. Adkisson.

BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
Ray: It’s a light beer that actually tastes like a beer.

BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
Ray: It’s from North Carolina, and it’s blonde-colored... It didn’t take long to name it.

BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
Ray: It’s my any island beer.

BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Ray: The beach in a bottle.

BC: Do you know a story -- or have a personal story -- that revolves around this beer?
Ray: We call this our ‘lawnmower beer’ – the best beer to have after a day of yardwork. We know from experience.
