HopBack Amber Ale

Troegs Brewing Company hails from Hershey, Pennsylvania, the land of milk chocolate. It’s also home to something far sweeter, but in order to reach it we’re going to have to turn back the clock.

Thankfully, we can do just that with HopBack Amber Ale.  So… Let’s hop back to March 2, 1962, a dank nugget in the hop farm of sports history.

The New York Knicks traveled to Hersheypark Arena to face the then-Philadelphia Warriors. Among their ranks was Wilt Chamberlain, a man synonymous with the phrase “hardwood conquest”.

This night was no exception, though it was an exceptional night. Wilt scored a positively dreamy 100 points in one game. Troegs’ HopBack drinks like Wilt played. It’s smooth, but its finish is pure (hop) power. A slam dunk.
