Reformation Brewery in Canton, Georgia has announced the release of a partnership with local classic rock radio station 97.1 The River called A Cold One. This thirst-quenching pilsner will be available year-round. Full details are below.

ATLANTA, GA – 97.1 The River (WSRV-FM/Atlanta) has partnered with Reformation Brewery to create a new Pilsner beer just in time for summer, and available year-round. A Cold One is a light, crisp and easy Pilsner, brewed with classic Noble hops. 

A Cold One is on tap now at Reformation Brewery’s three locations in Woodstock, Canton and Smyrna. Beginning May 27, A Cold One will be available for purchase in six-packs at Reformation Brewery locations, and everywhere Reformation Brewery beer is sold across their Georgia distribution footprint. Stratford, CT - Two Roads Brewing Co. announced today the launch of a line of non-alcoholic beers under the Two Roads brand name. The Company, which is coming up on its 10th anniversary, has been at the forefront of “beyond beer” innovation in the Northeast, with everything from hard seltzers, RTD spirits-based cocktails and now a brand-new line of non-alcoholic beer offerings.

Two Roads plans to roll out a number of NA beers over the coming months, starting with a non-alcoholic version of a Juicy IPA. According to Director of Marketing, Collin Kennedy, “an NA (non-alcoholic) Juicy makes perfect sense from a trend standpoint. Juicy IPAs, and non-alc beers in general, continue to grow in popularity, making this entry a very logical first step.”

Mother Earth Brew Co. in Vista, California and Nampa, Idaho has announced the release of two beers called Wolf Mother and the return of its famed triple IPA Big Mother. Full details are below.

ista, CA & Nampa, ID – Mother Earth has been building speed through the first quarter of the year and is poised to hit its stride this week with the release of two back to back brews – one new and one familiar. The launch of the former, Wolf Mother, comes just a week before the release of Mother Earth’s Anniversary Ale, Big Mother.

The naming convention is about all the Triple IPA’s carnivorous cousin has in common with their annual release, though. Wolf Mother, the latest in the brewery’s Project X Series, favors drinkability and a cloudy, New England-style appearance as opposed to the indulgent, boozy variety the brewery has become known for every May since its inception.

Tasting notes also vary considerably between the two. Big Mother comes through with a one-two punch of hop dankness & tropical fruit. Triple digit IBUs are balanced by a touch of Vienna malt to tame the 10.5% beast, with a dry finish. Wolf Mother, on the other hand, presents with a fluorescent yellow hue with bright hop notes of lemon peel and pineapple, and finishes clean and smooth at just 6.8%.

Gnarly Barley Brewing Co. in Hammond, Louisiana has announced the release of its seasonal hazy IPA, Planet Juice, as well as a taproom-only orange-infused Berliner weisse called Sunny G. Full details are below.
