Since my email went ignored, I will post my thoughts/comments here:

When I initially subscribed, I subscribed for a paper copy of Beer Connoisseur to be delivered to my door...very happy with that original deal. I did not subscribe for a digital version and do not prefer it. Now, despite there being dozens of app/book reading apps on the market, Beer Connoisseur decides to make the current digital only format web-page based. Why? This format does not lend itself to reading a magazine and does not give me the option to store on my device for offline reading (as on a plane). This new format does not work for me or my lifestyle and is not what I subscribed to. I will gladly accept a refund for my membership if offered as the new format does not work for me.
